How long does my order take to ship?

Each piece is made with care, so processing times can vary. Most orders ship within 5–10 business days. Custom pieces may take a little longer — we’ll always keep you updated along the way.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Not yet — we currently ship within Belgium only. We’re exploring sustainable shipping options and plan to expand soon to France, the Netherlands, and Germany. Our goal is to deliver internationally in a way that aligns with our values and minimizes environmental impact.

What is your return policy? 

Each piece is unique and made by hand, so all sales are final. If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us on the day you receive it with photos of the damage. We’ll ask you to return the item and will gladly send a replacement.
